From start to finish, the entire experience was positive. He was approachable, professional, and very easy to communicate with.. His pricing was reasonable, and I really appreciated that he used good-quality materials while still staying within a fair budget. The project was completed on time, and the quality of the workmanship and finishing was excellent. One of the things I appreciated the most was how well he listened to my ideas and suggestions. He was very accommodating with my requests and always willing to make adjustments to ensure the final result was exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or like my opinions didn’t matter. What really impressed me was the follow-up after the project was completed. He took the time to check in and make sure I was happy with the work and that everything was working properly. That level of care and customer service really shows how much he stands behind his work. I am very happy with my basement and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor who provides quality work at a reasonable price.Great workmanship, great communication, and excellent customer service!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had our basement developed by Gold Hands Construction, and we couldn't be happier with the result. One of the things that stood out most was their flexibility throughout the project. As the work progressed, we made several changes and refinited many details to achieve exactly what we envisioned. Rather than treating every adjustment as an opportunity to nickel-and-dime us, they were accommodating, solution-oriented, and genuinely focused on helping us achieve the final product we wanted. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional. Every aspect of the project was completed to a very high standard, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the build. We would consider ourselves difficult customers because our expectations are extremely high and we tend to be very particular about finishes, details, and overall quality. Despite that, Gold Hands Construction remained professional, patient, and committed to getting things right. They took our ideas seriously and worked with us to turn our vision into reality. If you're looking for a contractor who delivers high-quality work, is easy to work with, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, we would highly recommend Gold Hands Construction. They helped make our dream basement a reality.Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an excellent experience with Jose, who developed my basement. He was very cost-effective and kept the schedule exactly as promised. I really appreciated how he took my ideas and combined them with his own suggestions. His experience made a big difference. Most importantly, I felt completely comfortable trusting him to work in my home. Jose is a lovely person, professional, reliable, and super friendly. Highly recommended!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had Gold Hands Construction finish our 950 sq ft basement (1 bedroom, 1 den, 1 bathroom) and are so glad we went with them! Jose and Jamie were so easy to work with, the carpentry and finishing are all professionally done, the cost was reasonable and within the projected budget (no hidden costs!) and communication was a breeze. They also went above and beyond and built us two shelves as requested, and as we had an extremely heavy treadmill, they had to work around it and move it about in the basement. It was tough work but they were so kind and always did it with a smile. Definitely recommend them for all your renovation needs!Posted on GoogleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
